Blown away by the excellent customer service given by Dylan here at this tire shop! We pulled up just to get an air check and some air in our tires before a road trip back home to Texas and he went above and beyond, ensuring that the donut had enough air, just in case, warning/advising us about our tire conditions, and resetting the tire pressure sensors for us. So awesome! Don’t hesitate to go here! Thanks Dylan!!!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. So disappointed. I will never go back I had a flat from my commute home last night. I called my favorite store in Sparks, NV on Prater Way. I made an appt for this morning for 4 new tires. It was close to time for new ones and I have AWD. I verified they had the third I wanted. I didn't want some off brand 50k mile tires. They assured me they had them in stock and would hold them for me. I drive 45 minutes from my small town to find out I was lied to, to get me in the door. They didn't have the tires I was promised and willing to pay for and wanted to sell me the cheap 50k mile tires I didn't want. I left to take my business elsewhere. The salesperson chased me into the parking lot! I won't be back.

My rear tires had wear on the inner most sides of the tires. I had just purchased the vehicle and from looking at the tires it appeared as if they were never rotated. I wasn't sure if the rear wear pattern was an issue or not. I explained this to the alignment tech. He checked the alignment and the printout showed that everything was within specs. He didn't charge me to check as no adjustments were needed. He did suggest to rotate the tires often once I have new tires installed. Both the guy behind the counter and the alignment tech were knowledgeable and polite. 5 stars all the way for the professionalism and honesty.

i have been here three times recently. the latest visit was for a simple tire repair that was complimentary yet they still got the job done quickly and did a quality job. while i was waiting they were very helpful and friendly in answering questions i had about wheels and tires although i made it clear i wasn't going to purchase that day. i will certainly be back for future work and purchases.

I just want to say, Thank you. Its business's like this that keep the community alive. I went in with no notice due to my tire light being on and to my surprise, they were able to get me in and out in about two hours. I had asked one of the technicians. How much it was going to cost? Because he had found a screw in my tire, and he told me it generally costs twenty dollars. I was completely okay with that. When I got back and my vehicle was done, another technician came out and handed me my keys and told me that I was good to go.I told him, well, I still need to pay.He says, no, it's on the house today. I asked him if I could please pay. And are you sure and he insisted that it was free. Whether this is standard practice or not. It's things like this that keep people going in life. You never know what someone is going through.And that little kind gesture could be what saves their mental stability. I really appreciate the kindness that this business showed to me. Today, I know it's only $20. But it's twenty more dollars in my pocket. I will definitely recommend this shop to any and everyone that I know again la schwab, I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart, I will de
